With the development of urbanization,cold-formed thin-walled steel is widely used. With the increasing use of cold-formed thin-walled steel in daily engineering, the demand for cold-formed thin-walled steel is higher.Cold-formed thin-walled steels are not only thinner, but also more diverse,so the stability of cold-formed thin-walled steels is more complicated. In daily life, due to equipment, pipes, decoration and so on,it is a common way to open holes in cold-formed thin-wall steel, but different ways of opening holes will have an impact on cold-formed thin-wall steel buckling mode and mechanical properties, and in life, the component is not almost under the real axial compression, most samples is under eccentric compression. Therefore,in this test, the buckling mode and mechanical properties of cold-formed thin-wall rolled channel steel with different opening forms were analyzed under eccentric compression. In this paper, the cold-formed thin-walled channel steel with open holes is taken as the research object under eccentric compression, and the buckling form and bearing capacity of components under eccentric compression are analysed by means of tests. The following works are mainly completed:1.The paper compare and analyze the two test schemes in terms of economy, safety and practicability,so as to determine the most suitable test scheme, and describe the relevant design and processing engineering of the test device in detail.2.Two types of sections(slender web and narrow web)are designed for comparative analysis. On this basis,we set the different parameters such as eccentricity, round hole, square hole, grooved round hole, and different hole diameters and number of holes to explore the influence on buckling modes and bearing capacity.3.By sorting out relevant test data and comparing,it can be seen that the ultimate bearing capacity of sample is related to the size of eccentricity. The larger the eccentricity is,the smaller the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens will be.The larger the aperture is,the more the number of holes is,the greater the weakening of the stiffness of the web will be,which will result in the weakening of the constraint of the web on the flange, the specimen is prone to deformation, and the ultimate bearingcapacity of the specimen is lower.Opening a hole in the web will change the buckling mode of the specimen. In general, the sample with round holes on the web are more stable than those with square holes and grooved round holes.Figure[43]table[6]reference[52]...
