The Control System Of Riverway Maintenance Ship Carrying Concrete Mixing Station:Design And Implementation

Concretes are widely used in various construction projects,and the concrete production equipments are becoming more and more automatic,intelligent,information-based and high-speed.The riverway maintenance ships,researched by this paper,are mainly engaged in the construction and maintenance of river embankments.The waterborne operating conditions are very poor,including lack of land transportation,inconvenience of machine operation and equipment maintenance,and limitation of working space.The mixing station is mounted on the maintenance ship,and directly works on the ship after arriveing at the construction area.Different from other types of mixing stations,the design,installation,commissioning and operation of the mixing station for riverway maintenance ship need to overcome the special difficulties and inconvenience caused by the waterborne environment.So,higher requirements are put forward to the control system.According to the characteristics of riverway maintenance ship carrying concrete mixing stations'waterborne operations,this paper presents a complete control solution for the concrete mixing station.The solution implements the automation,intelligence,informatization and high speed production of the mixing station,and focuses on material ratio accuracy,internal and external coordination,production management,statistical reports,and so on.To ensure the system's reliability,the key parts are based on computer,electrical,PLC interlocking control.And the material ratio accuracy is based on high-precision intelligent instruments and optimization of control algorithm.A monitor and control solution based on field bus and OPC technique is presented.In order to achieve internal and external coordination,computers are equipped both inside and outside of the cabin.Built in production management and task assignment modules can accurately control the material ratio,the amount and times of production.So on-demand production becomes a reality.And statistics reports,such as production quantities counted by task or by time,material consumption and so on can be achieved by report module.This paper is based on the actual cooperation projects with the ship construction company,and the research results include automatic control system,computer software,etc.A complete control system of riverway maintenance ship carrying concrete mixing station with commercial value is implemented.It is proved by practices that the system has advantages of complete functions,superior performance,stability and reliability.The system has a high value of practical application.
