With the rapid development of society, concrete is widely used in the field of building materials. Concrete mixing station is the production of concrete equipment. Its function is to used for mixing the material according to the material ratio. Control system being a core part of concrete mixing station, the design and research of it have a major influence on the development of concrete mixing station. The main content of this paper is design and research of concrete mixing station control system.In the development of concrete mixing station has many problems, these problems need to be analyzed and solved. These problems are mainly for the heat problem of proportioning precision and concrete hydration. In this paper, the concrete mixing station is divided into the batching system and ice cooling system for studying, first analyzing the design to the overall process of part, then dividing into system research and design process of part, finally designing the control system according to the process. In the whole study and design process, the use of many innovative ideas and methods to make the whole control system more superior. The innovation of this part, relatively scattered, mainly is the improvement on the traditional design ideas and methods.In the paper, we design a reliable performance of the concrete mixing station control system what can detect and control working steps of concrete mixing station. Aiming at the existing problems in the work of the concrete mixing station, we design of ice cooling system solves the problem of concrete hydration heat. Using the PID control improve the precision of batching in the production process, and using PID control controls temperature in the ice cooling system. The use of PROFIBUS-DP network makes the ice cooling system as module system added to the whole control system, at the same time,the use of the communication mode makes inverter which is connected to the main station control motor speed.The innovative use of TIA Portal integrated software platform complete the hardware configuration and design of software. The design of software includes the design of PLC program and HMI interface. When the PLC program is designing, aiming at the characteristics of control process, using a variety of programming language, through the design of the PLC program and using a variety of functional block and during tissue block which is used to complete the control target. Design of HMI interface makes the work flow of concrete mixing station can be real-time monitoring and controlling, and it also can be able to manage the system data. We use S7-PLCSIM simulation software to run control system program of concrete mixing station and test the feasibility of the control program, by simulation control program proved that the designed basically meeting the design requirements.Fuzzy PID control is different from the traditional PID control whose process has some problems. In the course of the study, the fuzzy PID control is divided into two types which are parallel and series. Each type applying to batching control or ice cooling control process is used to improve the traditional PID control according to the control characteristics.
