In recent years,Chinese electricity market environment has developed rapidly,and the power market reform aims to break the monopoly.Since the release of the No.9 electricity reform document in 2015,the transmission and distribution reform has been fully implemented nationwide.The article is researched in the electricity market environment under the wholesale competition mode.The power distribution company has become an independent new body,containing some self-contained distributed power sources,buying electricity from the wholesale market,managing the distribution network in its area,and selling electricity to the users.Therefore,short-term decision-making by distribution companies is a hot issue in current research.The short-term decision-making of the distribution company mainly includes the pricing decision on the retail electricity price and the decision to purchase and sell electricity.Demand Response(DR),as an important resource in the power market environment,can improve load demand,slow down the peak voltage of the system,and guide the users’ market participation behavior.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to incorporate price-based demand response into the short-term decision-making of distribution companies.The implementation of the demand response is achieved through the user’s response.Because the flexible thermostatically controlled load is more sensitive to electricity price than other types of load,the article first studies the thermostatically controlled load.In order to verify the user’s response to the electricity price,taking the air conditioner as an example,a single temperature control load model is established to compare the response characteristics of users under different control modes.On this basis,a user power decision model based on electricity price is established to verify the incentive effect of price-based demand response on users.Then,because the user has no specific source of demand elasticity for the power supply company’s electricity price response,the paper analyzes the demand elasticity of the thermostatically controlled load based on the user’s electricity decision and the impact of the change in electricity price rate on demand elasticity.In order to be representative,a plurality of polymerization models with different parameter thermostatically controlled loads are constructed for further analysis.Secondly,considering that the implementation effect of time-of-use electricity price is usually related to the degree of users’ response and the pricing decision of the distribution company,the pricing decision of the distribution company with price-based demand response is established.Finally,a short-term purchasing and saling decision-making model of distribution companies with price-type demand response is established.Then analyze the impact of price-based demand response on the efficiency of distribution companies.Through the analysis of the example,it is concluded that the thermostatically controlled load can effectively respond to the incentive of electricity price,and verify that the price-based demand response can be incorporated into the short-term decision-making of the distribution company which improve the load curve and alleviate the peak voltage during the system.At the same time,the model method can achieve a win-win situation between the distribution company and the users,which proves the effectiveness of the strategy.
