As a special type of motor,tubular permanent magnet linear motor(TPMLM)has attracted more and more attention due to its simple structure,high system efficiency,and it can complete linear mechanical movement without intermediate transmission device.It is also widely used in real life and factory production.However,research on the temperature field of TPMLM at home and abroad is rare.This thesis mainly focuses on the existing TPMLM as the research object,and its temperature field is analyzed.Moreover,the design of the motor is improved.This thesis including the following aspects:Firstly,according to the characteristics of the structure of the motor and the basic theory of heat transfer,the finite element calculation model of the motor temperature field is established and the boundary conditions of motor are set up.The thermal conductivity of each material of the motor are determined,and the convective heat transfer coefficient of each surface of the motor are analyzed.And the loss distribution of the motor is calculated.Secondly,according to the previous motor experiments,it is found that after a short period of operation of the motor,the heat of the motor is very heavy and it cannot be stably operated for a long time.In response to this problem,the existing motor is subjected to steady-state and transient temperature field analysis.The temperature of the motor at each time point and the stable running time of the motor is calculated and determined.Then,in view of the problem that the running temperature of the motor is too high,the design of the existing motor is improved according to the characteristics of the motor of the type.A proposal is made to reduce the winding current of the motor,increase the air gap magnetic density of the motor and increase heat dissipation fin to improve the motor.Finally,the electromagnetic field and temperature field of the improved motor are analyzed.The improved motor not only outperforms the original motor in terms of thrust performance,but also the temperature distribution of the motor is solved,and improved motor can run stably for a long time.
