At present,most air-conditioning systems through energy-saving design or energy-saving transformation still have the problem of non-energy-saving operation.The reason is the lack of scientific and reasonable operation control strategy,resulting in the air-conditioning system can not be adjusted effectively in time according to the change of building load.Therefore,the formulation of scientific and reasonable operation control strategy plays an important role in energy-saving operation of air-conditioning systems.This paper relies on the project of air conditioning cold and heat source transformation of a people's hospital in Shenyang.Although the hospital completed the transformation of cold and heat sources,it lacked a reasonable and effective operation control strategy.Therefore,the annual operation control strategy for the air-conditioning system of the hospital has been formulated and remarkable energy-saving effect has been achieved through simulation and verification.The research results can be applied to the air-conditioning system of the hospital,thereby providing reference for the operation control of other air-conditioning systems.Through the on-site investigation and operational parameter testing of the hospital groundwater source heat pump system,the problems in the actual operation of the groundwater source heat pump system and the direction of system operation control optimization are clarified.The annual dynamic load of hospital buildings was simulated by using DeST building load simulation software.The annual distribution characteristics of cooling and heating load in the hospital building were obtained,which laid the foundation for the formulation of the air-conditioning system operation control strategy.For the specific problems existing in the air-conditioning system,firstly,the control research of each component of the air-conditioning system was carried out.Taking the operation of water source heat pump unit under heating conditions as an example,based on the heat load distribution characteristics of the hospital building,various load distribution optimization operation schemes are proposed for water source heat pump units under different typical heat load demand conditions.And the optimal load distribution is determined by theoretical calculation method.At the same time,the corresponding control strategy of adding and subtracting machine is formulated.In order to solve the "large flowrate and small temperature difference" phenomenon in the groundwater source heat pump system,variable flow operation control should be adopted for the water source side water circulation system and the load side water circulation system of the groundwater source heat pump system.Secondly,an automatic control scheme was developed for the air-conditioning system.Through comprehensive monitoring and regulation to ensure its safe and energy-saving operation.Finally,different operational control strategies are proposed for groundwater source heat pump systems.In order to verify the energy-saving effect of the groundwater source heat pump system under different operational control strategies,the simulation was carried out.Taking winter heating as an example,TRNSYS software was used to build a corresponding simulation platform to simulate the energy efficiency of groundwater source heat pump system under different operational control strategies.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it can be seen that the energy-saving rate of the variable flow operation control strategy at the water source side and the load side of the groundwater source heat pump system is the highest,and its energy-saving rate is 10.99%.At the same time,the thermal economic evaluation of the system is evaluated by using HSPF index.It is concluded that the HSPF value of the system under the control strategy of simultaneous variable flow operation at the water source side and the load side is the largest,which is 3.00.Considering comprehensively,the control strategy of simultaneous variable flow operation at water source side and load side of groundwater source heat pump system is feasible,and has good energy conservation and thermal economy.
