The rapid development of civil aviation has put forward higher requirements for the informational construction of air traffic control information in China.As an important mean to ensure air traffic safety,the air traffic control information trusted storage technology has always been valued.The existing centralized air traffic control data storage method has the risk of data being tampered.Blockchain is an emerging decentralized infrastructure and distributed computing paradigm and has been widely used in many industries including finance,energy,and cloud computing.The core research topic of this paper is to use the blockchain technology to provide decentralized data protection in the field of trusted storage of air traffic control information.Consortium blockchain is known as the permissioned blockchain,in which each user needs to be authorized.Distributed consensus is the core issue of consortium blockchain technology.In order to solve the disadvantages of using Proof of Work algorithm in consortium blockchain,such as computing resources waste,long block confirmation delay and low throughput,this paper designes and implementes a high performance blockchain consensus algorithm based on message passing technology.This algorithm can also work well in asynchronous networks with Byzantine nodes.Based on the above-mentioned blockchain consensus algorithm,this paper designs and implements a trusted storage system for air traffic control information.The system consists of client module,blockchain network module,universal module,and data persistence storage module.By decentralizely recording the data receiveded by each dispatcher and the operations it performs,the system provides a reliable scheduling responsibility tracking mechanism.Results from integration testing and performance testing show that the blockchain consensus algorithm and the trusted storage system for air traffic control information,designed and implemented in this paper,provide a safe and reliable decentralized data storage service with low overhead.
