In recent years,with the explosion of the real estate market,the soft-decoration industry has also risen.The market share of soft-decoration in home decoration will increase day by day,which brings great opportunities to soft-decoration enterprises.However,the enormous opportunities of soft-decoration enterprises are accompanied by enormous challenges.Many soft-decoration enterprises are facing challenges because of the changing consumer behavior,increasing consumer demand and increasingly fierce competition in the soft-decoration industry.From the perspective of consumer purchasing decision-making process,the research on the marketing strategy of the soft-ware industry can help the soft-ware enterprises to understand consumers’ needs,psychology and consumer behavior,so as to formulate marketing strategies that can adapt to the market,meet the company’s current situation and meet consumers’ needs.This not only improves the competitiveness of the company,but also has important significance for consumers.In order to win the market,companies need to formulate corresponding marketing strategies for all aspects of consumer purchase decision-making to attract customers and improve order conversion rate.According to the decision-making process of consumers’ purchase and the 7P theory,this paper formulates the marketing strategy in line with Shanghai GX: in the cognitive demand stage of consumers’ purchase decision-making process,it is suggested that companies stimulate consumers’ demand by advertising promotion and tangible display;in the extreme of information collection,companies can obtain customers through offline,online and third-party referral channels;and in the evaluation and selection stage,We should adopt product differentiation strategy and cognitive value pricing method to highlight the advantages.In the actual purchase stage,we should try our best to improve the service process and improve the quality of personnel to facilitate order fulfillment.In the post-purchase evaluation stage,we should strengthen after-sales service and guide consumers to make positive evaluation to build corporate reputation.The marketing strategy of Shanghai GX Company,it not only solves the internal marketing problems of GX Company itself,but also can play a reference role for other similar enterprises in the market.The innovation of this paper is to study the process and influencing factors of consumers’ purchase decision-making in the soft-decoration industry from the perspective of consumers’ purchase decision-making,and improve the theoretical system of consumers’ purchase decision-making in the soft-decoration industry in China.
