Nowadays,as the product of the rapid development of science and technology,automobile has gradually entered peopleundefineds daily life.With the coming into market of electric vehicles,the functions of all parts of the vehicle tend to be electronic gradually.The basic reason of this phenomenon is the rapid development of global industry,which leads to a series of environmental problems,such as environmental evil strategy,energy shortage and so on.In order to deal with the problem of energy shortage and to meet the increasing demands of the market for automobile air conditioning,the major car dealers have put in great efforts in automobile air conditioning.Due to the rapid development of mechatronics,nowadays,a large number of motors are used in automobile industry components,and various types of motors are put into the automobile market,which highlights the great disadvantages of traditional motors such as high cost and volume.Continuing to use the traditional motor increases the power consumption,resulting in a huge cost.Based on the current situation of the automobile industry in China,the traditional automobile air conditioning is driven by asynchronous motor or brush-DC motor.This type of automotive air-conditioning is difficult to meet the high standards and requirements of consumers.In the contemporary situation,the DC brushless motor(BLDCM)came into being.Since BLDCM was put into the market,it has achieved a good market response,and has been praised by people.Brushless DC motor(BLDCM)is different.It has no mechanical commutation mechanism and is replaced by electronic devices.This advantage has brought it many advantages that traditional motors do not have.Because of the large vibration and noise,the BLDCM of position sensor is not suitable for automobile air conditioning system.To sum up,after consulting a lot of data,I put forward a solution of the BLDCM control system which uses the position sensorless technology to drive the automobile air conditioning.Firstly,the internal composition and basic theory of BLDCM are introduced,and the characteristics of its startup function are analyzed.The mathematical equations of BLDCM are established.The position sensorless techniques of BLDCM are analyzed and compared,and the most commonly used method of zero-crossing detection of backEMF is selected and studied in depth.This paper mainly introduces the BLDCM three-stage startup method,compares it with other startup schemes,introduces the PWM control of BLDCM,and studies several control algorithms of BLDCM.Through comparison and analysis,the design scheme of double closed loop fuzzy PID control algorithm is given,and the whole control scheme is simulated and verified.The whole hardware circuit based on STM32 is described in detail.
