As the frontier technology of science and technology development,IOT(Internet of things)has been widely used in various fields.In many cities,the new concept such as intelligent travel and smart transportation has been put forward.Public bicycle system has been the effective scheme to solve the problem of "last kilometer of city".It also phased in step by step from large and medium-sized cities to two or three line cities.At present,urban public bicycles mainly lead by the government,which to a large extent mitigates traffic pressure greatly,and bring convenience to the citizens' traffic.But in the process of actual use,public bicycles have encountered some problems.In terms of convenience,at the peck time of the morning and evening,some public bicycle stations always without enough parking pile,bicycles maybe difficult to return sometimes,the same situation,some stations maybe with no bicycles can be borrowed;In terms of cost,the parking pile taking up more space and rising cost of construction;In the aspect of overall scheduling,some of these bicycle stations not timely scheduling or low scheduling efficiency;The emergence of these problems which to a large extent influenced our experience of public bicycles.So how to better plan public bicycle system,make it much more convenient for citizens.It becomes an urgent problem in the management of public bicycles.Firstly,for the problem of higher land occupation and higher construction cost.This paper uses the technology of IOT and GPRS,combining the actual application scene,came up with a relatively new design and manage ways for public bicycles.This system uses ZigBee technology that the bicycle can only rent or return in the signal coverage area,and uses GPRS to interactive data with background system.Let it can work without parking pile also can rent or return in designated area.So it can effectively improving the utilization ratio of valuable ground resources in cities,and reduce the cost of construction.Secondly,with regard to the dispatching algorithm of public bicycles,this paper has compared with some frequently-used dispatching algorithms.According to practical application environment,we decided to deploy a parametric modeling solution,ant colony algorithm was applied to resolve scheduling problem of public bicycles.As a dynamic scheduling problem,we optimize it on the basis of ant colony algorithm.So it will be able to better user's experience.Finally form a more reasonable public bicycle management system.
