| Due to limitation of geographic environment,engineering technologies,financial situation,when design route alignment of highway in mountain areas,there is higher possibility that unqualified route alignment of short straight road will appear in small-radius curve road.It will have impacts on driver’s vision,driving operation,comfort,and is unsafe for car driving;the risk of accidents is high.This article starts with driving behaviors,analyzes impacts on driver’s eye movement parameters of different factors of remote alignment,impacts on driving behaviors of straight road length of highway in mountain areas and the setting of the shortest length of straight road,which is significant to improving the driving safety in the roads of curve and straight in mountainous area highway.First,the paper reviews relevant information,and combines it with visional features of drivers and mountainous area highway,in order to analyze factors influencing driving safety in straight roads of mountainous area highway in a systemic way.After that,according to vision theory and impacts on changes of drivers,the paper uses Smart Eye non-invasive eye tracker and PXN second generation driving simulator to begin the driving simulation experiment and eye movement experiment in curve and straight roads of mountainous area highway,recording the driving speed,eye movement parameters and road geometric parameters.The paper analyzes regularities of distribution of car driving speed in different road conditions,and establishes car driving speed model.The paper chooses areas seen by drivers,the angle,and the lasting time as parameters,and analyzes differences of visual behaviors of different drivers in different road conditions,and obtains the relationship between distribution of drivers’ point of watching,angles,lasting time and radius of curves.Then,the paper analyzes the correlation of watching center and straight road length,and builds a regression model for straight road length and watching center;uses change in intensity of drivers’ average watching center on shorter straight road to define the shortest length of straight road in reverse curve;to same direction adjacent curve,considering distance of drivers’ watching point and driving speed,it builds the shortest length model based on drivers’ valid visual area and same direction adjacentcurve of driving speed.In the final,this paper combines mechanism of impacts on drivers’ visual behaviors of curve and straight road in mountainous area highway and setting of shortest length in same direction adjacent curve and reverse curve,considering design of route alignment and implementation of safety infrastructure,to propose suggestions about improvement of mountainous area highway.This paper builds the model for shortest length of straight road in the united road of curve and straight in mountainous area highway and gives advice on improvement of road safety,of which the research idea is worth learning from,and the result can be a theoretic basis for improvement of driving safety in curve and straight roads of mountainous area highway. |
