In recent years,the state has issued a series of notifications and implementation measures for the safety management of high slope and other dangerous sub-projects,but there are still frequent accidents.Investigate its reason,or the construction units do not understand or pay enough attention to it.Based on the excavation project of cutting high slope on the west side of B ramp of Yingbin Avenue(K0-183-K0-440 section)in Xinpu New District of Zunyi City,this paper analyzed the main controlling factors(rainstorm and unreasonable excavation)of mass casualties caused by collapse through risk and accident classification analysis of cutting high slope during construction and excavation,and studied the effects of rainstorm,blasting and unreasonable excavation on slope stability.Influence.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the theory of risk assessment,the risk sources in the construction process of high cutting slope are analyzed by expert investigation method and index system method,and the main risk sources affecting the construction and excavation safety of high cutting slope are determined by the way of calculation and analysis of weight coefficient and ranking.A reasonable determination method based on the type of casualty accident is put forward(2)Based on the influence of rainfall on geotechnical parameters,the geotechnical parameters of slope are determined by field shear test and inversion analysis,and the sensitivity of parameters C and_to slope stability is analyzed.(3)Geostudio numerical software is used to analyze the influence of different rainfall conditions on geotechnical parameters,and the variation law of slope stability under different rainfall intensity and rainfall time is obtained.(4)Based on FLAC3 D numerical simulation,the deformation,plastic zone,stress and stability characteristics of slope under unreasonable excavation mode(excavation to the bottom,unsuitable support and blasting excavation)and the influence of rainfall on the slope during construction and excavation are analyzed.The effects of different blasting conditions on slope displacement,plastic zone and rock mass cracks are discussed.(5)According to the main control factors such as rainfall,unreasonable excavation and blasting,the corresponding control measures and suggestions are put forward.
