The safety assessment of cutting high slope construction involves a wide range of areas,and there are many factors that affect the safety of slope construction.However,the safety problem of cutting high side not only directly affects the benefit of high-speed railways,but also threatens the safety of people’s life and property.Therefore,statistical analyzing the main risk sources of the high cutting slope construction of high-speed railways,scientific and systematic developing safety risk assessment work of cutting high slope construction,making the quantitative analysis to be qualitative,will be beneficial to increase the benefit of high speed railway,reduce the risk to the operation of high speed railway,and promote the level of safety risk management and safety production capacity of cutting high slope construction.In this paper,the basic characteristics of cutting slope of Xicheng high-speed railway were summarized,and the construction safety risk of cutting high slope was identified.Based on the risk analysis and risk source estimation,the major risk sources of a K7+160~ K7+320 left cutting slope of Xicheng high-speed railway were slope excavation and prestressed anchoring engineering.The construction safety risk assessment of the major risk sources was carried out.Through the construction process of major risk sources and the surrounding environment to find out the evaluation index,the evaluation index system was constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation model was established based on the multi-index comprehensive analysis method.The major risk sources of cutting high slope construction were quantitatively evaluated.Quantitative evaluation of major risk sources for cutting high slope construction results of construction risk assessment of slope excavation and prestressed Anchorage engineering is obtained.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding risk prevention and control countermeasures and risk management recommendations were put forward.
