With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the problem of logistics distribution cost is becoming more and more important. The traditional transportation mode can not meet the efficient distribution requirements. How to reduce the logistics cost by reducing the distribution cost is an urgent problem to be solved in the current research. In order to improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the transportation cost, this paper uses the combination of swap-body transport and multi-trip transport, which greatly improves the transport efficiency. Therefore, the study of the routing optimization problem of multi-trip and swap-body transportation is of great significance for the development of modern logistics industry and the improvement of logistics transportation efficiency.Firstly, this paper introduced the concept of transportation cost and the economic benefit of swap-body transportation. It focuses on the parameter setting of the objective function cost calculation in the multi-trip and swap-body transportation vehicle routing problem considering fuel consumption. The cost parameters are mainly divided into five categories: Vehicle start-up costs, vehicle in-transit costs,swap-body point start-up costs, driver fees and fuel consumption.Provides theoretical support for building the model below.Secondly,in the logistics distribution, the swap-body vehicle is used to replace the truck, and the trip limit is opened. With the distribution cost as the optimization goal,a model of the optimization problem of the swap-body transportation routing considering multi-trip is established.A hybrid heuristic algorithm based on NF algorithm for multitrip scheduling and GA framework is proposed.Based on the single-population genetic algorithm,a dual-population evolution strategy is adopted, and immigration operations are added during the evolution process.Compared with the traditional single-population GA,the results show that the improved dual-population genetic algorithm can better solve the multi-trip and swap-body transport routing optimization problem. Then, based on the problem of multi-trip and swap-body transportation routing, the influencing factor of fuel consumption is added, and the multi-trip and swap-body transportation routing optimization problem model considering fuel consumption is established. The distribution cost is optimized and added on the basis of improving dual-population GA.The local search operation, through the improvement of the dualpopulation GA comparison experiment, shows that the algorithmic ability after adding the local search operation is significantly higher than the original algorithm. Finally, the nonlinear single factor sensitivity analysis method is used to calculate the sensitivity coefficient of the cost factor in the objective function, and the degree of influence of each impact factor on the model is obtained. The results show that the fuel consumption cost has the greatest influence on the objective function value, followed by swap-body vehicle in-transit cost and driver fees of the trailer, the swap-body vehicle start-up cost and the truck start-up cost have the least impact on the objective function value. Therefore,in the actual transportation process,it is necessary to focus on the impact of fuel consumption costs on routing optimization.
