In the era of rapid development and change,the logistics industry has a vital social status.Having a good and scientific logistics system and logistics management mode is a powerful basic guarantee for a country.This will also help China play a pivotal role in the global supply chain system.With the rapid popularization of interconnection,mobile intelligent terminal products are widely used,and 5G networks are gradually applied globally.Under the new environment and technological innovation,the logistics system and operation mode are in a special period of rapid change and adaptation.Under this background,scholars from various countries are continuously carrying out theoretical research on logistics.In recent years,many areas in China have made new attempts and improvements in rural logistics and transportation.They use rural e-commerce and logistics development in rural areas to drive rural economic development.From the perspective of economy and efficiency,this common development mode of passenger and freight transportation has a unique development environment in China's rural areas.This article focuses on how to effectively study the successful cases in these areas to carry out rural passenger and freight transport.Coordinating the relationship between transportation demand and cost will also be the starting point of this study.The rapid development of the logistics industry brings new needs and challenges.This study actively responds to the country's promotion of rural passenger-cargo combined transportation and the use of rural e-commerce to increase rural residents' income.In the study,comprehensive consideration was given to driving characteristics in distribution,simultaneous pickup and delivery,and combined rural passenger and freight transportation.This research focused on two studies,the first one was the Simultaneous Pick-up and Delivery Location Routing Problem with Driver Needs,and the second was the Simultaneous Pick-up and Delivery Location Routing Problem with Driver Needs in passengers and goods Simultaneous transport situation.The development of logistics enterprises and the combined transportation of passengers and goods in rural China require scientific methods and feasible solutions.We hope that the research results of this article can help solve these problems.This article analyzes the related models of Location Routing Problem(LRP)to model the related problems.In the process of constructing a passenger-cargo mixed demand-response rural transportation model,this study draws on practical success examples.This research focuses on analyzing the characteristics of LRP problems in several different scenarios,such as influencing factors,decision variables,transportation costs,and driver driving characteristics,and so on.Based on the problem scenarios studied in this article,this article successfully analyzes and builds the SPDLRPDN model and the SPDLRPDNPGST model.In order to obtain solutions to these practical problems,this study proposes a series of improved heuristic algorithms in the context of considering the particularities of these models.Finally,with the help of simulation examples and realistic examples in Shanwei City,this study carried out the verification and analysis of the research model and heuristic algorithm through Matlab programming.The model and algorithm proposed in this study proved to be feasible and instructive.The research results can provide effective reference and guidance for the promotion of government public transportation and the innovative operation of related logistics enterprises.This study has important theoretical significance as an extension of the location routing problem,and it helps to rationalize the location selection of facilities,stabilize the operation of the enterprise,and economize costs.Starting from the real pain points and practical application value of rural passenger and rural freight transportation in China,this research makes up for the research gap of passenger and freight mixed transportation as much as possible.In the process of the research,a demand-response mixed passenger and freight transportation mode was proposed,which provided effective decision-making and planning basis for the future development of rural freight,rural passenger transportation and rural e-commerce in China.The actual case used in the study is located in Shanwei City,Guangdong Province.During the study,we visited the local government and each village committee on the spot and obtained detailed data.Using these data,this study successfully provided the planning and layout of the mixed passenger and freight transportation system in Shanwei City.The research results of this paper have good practical significance,which can be used as a reference for other studies in the future.
