High-speed turnout is a concentrated area where high-speed railway line disease occurs.Research on high-speed turnout,analysis of the cause of turnout disease and optimization of turnout structure are hot research topics in the railway field.The research on turnout switching is a major direction in the research of turnout disease.Traction switching is the key technology in the design and use stage of high-speed turnout.If the switch is not in place,it will cause more diseases in the turnout area,which will seriously affect the safety and stability of the line.Based on the above research requirements,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the switching of the No.18 turnout of the passenger dedicated line by means of finite element simulation analysis and switch switching experiment,and optimizes the turnout switching design according to the analysis results.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Collecting relevant references on high-speed turnout switching.The collected literatures include: technical characteristics and structural characteristics of domestic and international high-speed turnout,overview of turnout locking devices,overview of turnout traction methods,and current status of turnout switching research.(2)Establishing a simulation model,studying the influencing factors of turnout switching and determining the switch design.In this paper,the finite element simulation software such as ANSYS and midas Civil are used to establish the finite element simulation model of the No.18 turnout switch rail and the nose rail of the passenger dedicated line.Through the simulation model,the effects of the length of the movable section,the friction coefficient of the sliding baseplate,the pre-bending,the bottom-end cutting,the foreign object,the deviation of the traction point and the switching time difference on the transition of the switch rail and the nose rail are studied.According to the research results,the turnout switching design scheme of the No.18 turnout switch rail and the nose rail of the passenger dedicated line is determined.(3)Performing a switch switching experiment to determine the influencing factors.A switch of the No.18 turnout of the passenger line was placed in the switch factory to carry out the switch switching experiment.By changing the experiment conditions,study on the factors affecting the switching of the switch,such as the length of the movable section of the switch rail,the pre-bending of the switch rail,the friction coefficient of the sliding baseplate,the span value at the fastener position,the locking hook skew,and the foreign matter.And based on the research results,propose relevant optimization measures.
