Due to the Marine crane system in the work,drive lifting mechanism,amplitude change mechanism and rotary mechanism of asynchronous motor and inverter will be frequent action,this will make dc bus voltage peak valley phenomenon.In order to avoid the impact on the crane system,it is necessary to equip it with an energy storage system as a transit station to temporarily store electric energy,and then from the energy storage system to the grid transmission of relatively stable electric energy,improve the power quality of the grid.In addition,the power generation and power consumption of the power grid have simultaneity.If the power generated is greater than the power required by the load in the crane system at the same time,the waste of power will be caused.Meanwhile,the bus voltage will rise.Because the bus voltage and the energy of the energy storage system are bi-directional,a complete energy storage system must include a bi-directional DC/DC converter that can carry out DC conversion.By effectively controlling the bi-directional DC/DC converter,the charging and discharging of the energy storage system can be realized.Thus,the fluctuation of dc bus voltage can be suppressed.On the basis of studying the cause of DC bus voltage fluctuation in marine crane system,this paper studies various energy storage modes,chooses battery energy storage mode as the energy storage system of this topic,and studies several charging methods of energy storage device.A bi-directional DC/DC converter topology suitable for this topic is designed.The control method is studied and the ADRC technology is selected to control the converter.The principle of ADRC technology is studied.A suitable ADRC is designed.The method of estimating the residual capacity of the energy storage device is studied.The time-saving method is chosen as the estimation algorithm of the residual capacity of the energy storage device in this topic,and the accuracy of the method is verified by simulation.According to the requirements of the project,the inductance and capacitance of AC side and DC side of threephase voltage source PWM rectifier are designed.In the MATLAB/Simulink simulation system,the two-way Buck-Boost converter voltage stabilization system based on ADRC and the two-way Buck-Boost converter voltage stabilization system based on PI control system are built,and the comparative simulation images of load voltage waveforms of the twosystems are given.
