| The hydraulic dual wheel CSM machine is an advanced machine for diaphragm wall construction in soil or sand and gravel layers.In this paper,the transmission design of the main working parts of the hydraulic dual wheel CSM machine and the design of the electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic control system are mainly carried out.At present,the domestic diaphragm wall dual wheel CSM machine has the defects of large energy consumption and poor working stability,and the performance is worse than that of imported products.Most of the domestic products are derived from imitation,so there is a lack of in-depth study on the principle and structure of the dual wheel CSM machine.The design of the hydraulic control system also lacks the necessary original research.In this paper,the CSM-65 dual wheel CSM machine is designed for the milling wheel transmission,the hydraulic circuit design of the milling wheel electro-hydraulic proportional control and the design of the mast adjustment circuit,and the multi-body dynamics model and the hydraulic circuit simulation model are established.Furthermore,the system was tested comprehensively using co-simulation technology.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1.The research on diaphragm wall construction technology and common construction grooving equipment was carried out.The process characteristics,construction steps and technical advantages of CSM series dual wheel CSM machine for diaphragm wall construction were analyzed.2.The multi-body dynamics modeling of the dual wheel CSM machine was established,and the simulation test under dynamic load conditions was carried out in the multi-body dynamics simulation software.3.The electro-hydraulic proportional control loop design of the main working device of the dual wheel CSM machine was carried out,the simulation model of the load-sensitive control electro-hydraulic proportional control loop was established,and the loop performance test was carried out in the hydraulic system simulation software.4.Establishing a joint simulation model of dual wheel CSM machine,applying the load in the multi-body dynamics simulation software,changing the control signal in the hydraulic simulation software,investigating the flow and pressure changes of the control circuit,and the speed and torque characteristics of the milling wheel;Calculating the energy consumption of the hydraulic circuit and propose specific measures to improve efficiency.On the basis of completing the main transmission structure of the milling wheel of the dual wheel CSM machine,the multi-body dynamics analysis of the milling wheel and the dynamic simulation analysis of the hydraulic control system were carried out.The design and analysis of the mast adjustment mechanism were carried out.Furthermore,the electromechanical and hydraulic co-simulation analysis of the main working device was completed,and the reliability and stability of the dual wheel CSM machine were verified.The specific method of realizing the constant torque and constant speed control of the milling wheel is put forward,and the specific measures to reduce the energy consumption and improve the efficiency are put forward,which provides a basis for the optimal design of the dual wheel CSM machine. |
