As the global call for reducing carbon emissions is rising,shipping companies,as major carbon emitters,have indicated that they will participate in the development of new energy-saving technologies,develop new energy ship types,and promote the future development of the global shipping market toward energy-saving and low-carbon.In the context of technological advancement and rising oil prices,LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)has become more and more effective in the traditional energy market with its environmentally friendly,clean and economical features.As a power fuel,LNG is making useful explorations and attempts in the global marine fuel market,showing a new blueprint for the future Chinese marine oil market.Therefore,this paper designs and develops a LNG power ship power monitoring system for my domestic river LNG power ship,and monitors the running status of the entire power system in real time through sensors distributed in various parts such as LNG storage tanks,gas supply lines and engines;the operating system is operated by the machine side control box,the man-machine interface and buttons on the cab control box,and other buttons distributed throughout the retrofit area;the system executes the system instructions through the air control valve,injection valve,fan,alarm and other actuators to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the LNG power ship power box.According to General Secretary Xi Jinping's policy guidance for promoting the development of the Changjiang River Economic Belt and the restoration of the Changjiang River ecological environment,the design of the LNG power ship with two-machine twin-blade single storage tanks is based on.According to the technical requirements of the LNG power ship power monitoring system products in the Natural Gas Fuel Power Ship Code(CCS 2017).The HE203 programmable controller is selected as the security controller and the HEU-DF100 natural gas engine controller is the ECU as the core control component.Adopting the modular and universal design concept,the power monitoring system of LNG power boat consists of one power tank,two machine side control boxes and one cab control box.Development of monitoring system software based on hardware design,The bus-type network topology and modular design concept are used to develop the control strategy design of the dual-fuel engine control module,operation monitoring and control module,security control module,and human-machine interface.Each function module implements the corresponding function,and the function modules exchange data through the CAN bus.It can enable the system operator to quickly and effectively identify the operating status of the system and make a correct response according to the system prompts;Corresponding safety actions can be made according to the fault level to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system to the utmost extent.Finally,according to the technical requirements of the relevant specifications,the developed system is subjected to functional tests,environmental tests,electromagnetic compatibility experiments,and finally verified by experimental tests.According to the test results,the system is complete in function,safe and reliable,with high stability and strong interactivity.Therefore,the LNG power ship power monitoring system designed in this paper can fully meet the requirements of the domestic LNG power ship,and has the conditions for technology promotion and application.
