| In recent decades.photovoltaic industry has been rapid development,and there are a lot of advanced results about photovoltaic power generation monitoring system.In order to monitor the operation state of each PV module,it is necessary to design a "DC signal wire carrier,433MHz wireless,Zigbee and Earth Net"converged communication scheme combining the actual condition of the photovoltaic power station.Collect PV modules's operator data such as voltage,current,power and transmit to the monitoring center.In this paper,taking different kinds of communication modes of photovoltaic power station in to consideration,analyze short of single communication mode.Basing on the actual condition of the photovoltaic power station and its appliance combining the advance of the different kinds communication modes,the converged communication scheme of "DC signal wire carrier,433MHz wireless,zigbee and earthnet" was put forward.Research the converged communication scheme of PV module monitoring module,confluence box monitoring module,and designed the protocol and the frame structure.The DC signal wire carrier and 433MHz wireless converged communication runs on PV module monitoring module.The confluence box monitoring module runs the 433MHz wireless and zigbee converged communication protocol.Designed the hardware circuit of confluence box monitoring module,developed the confluence box monitoring module software base on the ARM.The DC distribution cabinet monitoring module runs the zigbee and earthnet converged communication protocol and verified experimentally.Designed the hardware of DC distribution cabinet monitoring module and developed its software.The "DC signal wire carrier,433MHz wireless,zigbee and earthnet"converged commication scheme which is put forward in this paper can transmit the data of each PV module's operation state.It is a matter of great significance for maintenance of the photovoltaic power station,efficiency analysis and improving the PV processing. |
