Water right transaction is an important way to solve the water shortage.The research on the price calculation model of water right transaction driven by water saving in agriculture in irrigation district is the basis of the practical exploration of water right transaction.Based on water rights and water market theory,emergy theory,fuzzy recognition model,crop water production function and game theory,combined with water saving cost,this paper establishes a calculation model of binary water rights trading price driven by water saving in agriculture in irrigation district,which may provide reference for the improvement of China's water rights system and provide technical support for water rights trading practice.Based on the national key research and development plan project(2016YFC0400900,2016YFC0400904),this paper carried out the following researches:(1)Connotation topics and transaction price composition of binary water rights trading.By consulting domestic and foreign literature,and combining the understanding of water rights and water market concepts,the connotation of binary water rights trading is defined.Based on this,the differences between the water intake right and water rights are analyzed from the transaction subject,object,condition and procedure.According to the characteristics of water-saving trading driven by water-saving in agriculture in irrigation district,the calculation model of binary water rights trading price driven by water-saving in agriculture in irrigation district is constructed.The binary water rights trading price consists of cost price and income price.(2)Research on the calculation model of agricultural water saving to industrial water right transaction price.Considering agricultural water saving measures,the calculation model of agricultural tradable water and water saving cost was constructed.Based on this,the cost price calculation method was studied.Using emergy value theory,the value-added of water resources under the action of water rights trading is analyzed.Combined with the fuzzy identification model,thecalculation model of the income price of water rights trading is established.(3)Research on the calculation model of water rights trading price among farmers.According to the principle of maximum demand and efficiency,the tradable water volume among farmers was studied.Based on the crop production function,the marginal benefit of crops was analyzed and the benefits of optimized crops was studied.Combined with game theory,analysis of the income appreciation of farmers under the action of water rights trading the calculation model of the income price of water rights among farmers was established according to the optimized income.The calculation model of the water price transaction among farmers is constructed based on the cost price.(4)Study the calculation of regional dual water rights trading prices.Taking Ordos water rights trading as an example,by analyzing agricultural water saving measures and water saving projects in Ordos City,the water saving and cost price of agricultural water withdrawal to industrial water is calculated;based on the emergy value theory,the economic value of water resources of industry and agriculture in2012-2015 is calculated.Combined with the income coefficient,the income price of water rights trading is obtained.Based on the cost price,the transaction price of agriculture to industrial water right is determined;Based on the crop water production function,and the crop marginal benefit is calculated.According to the optimized transaction volume,the profit of the optimized crop is calculated,and the Shapley value in the cooperative game theory is used to comprehensively calculate the transaction price of water rights between farmers.
