Internal control is an important basis for enterprises to improve management level,It is the cornerstone of ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises,but also to prevent operational risks and achieve strategic objectives.Our government departments have formulated and issued a series of internal control systems,which have played a better role in the standardized management of enterprises.However,there are still some problems such as the lack of operability of the system,the poor convergence of the system and the conflict of the system,which affect the company to a certain extent.Sustained and healthy development.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the successful experience and failure lessons of XY company to carry out internal control optimization for reference,which can provide reference for other similar enterprises to carry out internal control construction.On the basis of analyzing the internal control construction of XY Company,this paper studies the internal control optimization case of state-owned enterprises.As a traditional mechanical manufacturing industry,automotive parts processing has a low added value,which involves the control of production,supply,marketing,people,finance,goods and so on.According to the company's industrial development and strategic positioning,put forward the"concentration of the main industry,optimize resources,fine management,value creation"business strategy.The gross profit margin of the company's automotive parts and components has been severely compressed under the circumstances of declining sales,lower product prices and higher production costs;the entry of new enterprises has intensified the industry competition,and the technological progress of pure electric vehicles and new energy vehicles has brought tremendous impact on the company's development.At the same time,the long-term management habits make the new system difficult to land;excessive internal control,resulting in higher management costs and inefficient.To a certain extent,the company's internal control can not meet the needs of the company's development.It is imperative to establish an internal control system suitable for the company's development.Through the study,the company established an independent construction of internal control optimization,and with the help of external forces,through the continuous standardization of management and risk prevention to improve the quality of economic operation of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper summarizes the cases of internal control optimization in XY company,and digs out its experience in internal control management.To optimize internal control in XY company,the first thing is to determine the strategic objectives,evaluate the risks faced,distinguish the primary and secondary problems,formulate effective countermeasures and implement them.In this process,to obtain the support of the company's main leaders,team members should reach agreement on important issues;to coordinate the interests of all parties;to form an excellent internal control team and continue to improve work,and ultimately form internal control cycle management to achieve the company's strategic objectives.It is hoped that the experience of XY company's internal control optimization case can provide reference for other similar enterprises to carry out internal control construction.
