Study On The Functional Applicability Of Mobile Homes In The Background Of Shared Economy

With the advent of the “smart manufacturing” era and the era of shared economy in the construction industry,the production and use of buildings are getting closer to industrial products such as automobiles and computers,and are developing in the direction of intelligence,sharing and integration.With the intrinsic driving force of new building materials and architectural technology upgrades,as well as the external dynamics of people and society's growing demand for new building functions and new scenes,small-sized mobile homes emerged as a building industrial product.Through its strong adaptability,it shows unique value under the background of the Internet sharing era and the cross-border integration needs of the construction industry.This thesis is based on the strong functional applicability of mobile homes.Through the investigation of more than 60 domestic and international cases,it participates in more than 10 project practices,and conducts mobile homes by means of literature research,case analysis,graphic analysis and model test.The purpose of the study is to explore a shared housing application model that uses the Internet as a platform,mobile homes as a carrier,and shared functions as content.The research is divided into three parts: Firstly,it expounds the theoretical basis and related concepts and characteristics of mobile houses,and demonstrates the rationality and development inevitability of mobile houses in the contemporary domestic environment from various aspects.Secondly,combined with a large number of domestic and foreign cases to discuss the practical application of mobile homes as a multi-functional carrier,it demonstrates that mobile homes can solve many social problems and meet the diverse needs of people in the era of sharing economy,with strong functional adaptability and application.value.Finally,combining the technologies of contemporary mobile internet platform,AI artificial intelligence and 3D printing house,explore the "Internet + smart mobile house" platform model that belongs to the mobile housing system,and innovatively propose the new concept of "mobile home networking".A shared solution for mobile homes provides a model solution.This paper finds that mobile homes,as a series of new assembly-type industrialized housing products,not only have strong functional applicability,but also easily integrate with other industries to achieve cross-border integration and form an independent “building IP”.New types of building operations,such as mobile cinema,mobile flash stores,and more.In addition,combined with the sharing economy model and the Internet of Things thinking,the “Mobile Home Networking” shared housing model was initially formed,and the small high-standard mobilehouses were developed into the “land + housing + operation” Internet customization and sharing intelligent direction to promote Chinese architecture.A new era of the combination of industrial "intelligent manufacturing" and the sharing economy.
