At present,in the complex situation of global economy and trade,China's macroeconomic situation is also affected to some extent.Passenger car sales in 2018,our country automobile industry for the first time since 2008,the negative situation,the data also means that the rapid development of China's automobile industry has been from the past to enter to the stable development phase,passenger car sales slow growth has become the trend of the constraint on the development of automobile industry,the passenger car market demand is gradually tends to saturation.The development of China's automobile industry started relatively late,and there are still many deficiencies in the production scale,management services and the quality,performance and stability of automobile products of the independent brand enterprises,which are more or less different from the joint venture brands.Up to now,the majority of the market share is still occupied by the mainstream joint venture brands.Faced with the threat of joint venture brands dominating the domestic market,China's independent brands will face huge difficulties and challenges if they want to reverse the trend of continuous upward development.In this paper,using literature analysis,on the basis of company development strategy related theory,draw lessons from the relevant development strategy literature,such as books,academic papers,journal of led automotive company current development present situation,highlights the problems and causes,through to the led automotive companies face the external and internal environment of summarizing,the integrated use of SWOT analysis tools for led automotive company's strengths and weaknesses,the opportunities and challenges faced by analysis and study on the various factors into QSPM matrix,based on comprehensive consideration,motors,chose the development strategy of growth,In order to achieve the strategic goal of the development of linker automobile company,we have made the corresponding short term and medium and long term strategic implementation plan,and put forward the necessary safeguard measures to achieve the strategic goal,so as to achieve the goal of improving the market competitiveness of Link Automobile Company's products and the influence of linker brand.The rapid development and expansion of linker automobile company will certainly contribute to the development of China's self-brand automobile enterprises,and realize the rise of self-brand,thus driving the takeoff of China's industrial economy.
