Along with the continuous development of coastal area economic and the actively promotion of marine power strategy,there is an urgent need for an emergency communication system which can provide timely and effectively service in Marine disaster prevention and emergency rescue,safety management in Marine production,supervision of hazardous chemicals and accident rescue,marine right and interests maintenance.The near-space long-endurance UAV emergency communication system,which is based on China's coastal or reef airport,use of characteristics of flexibility and rapid deployment of the near-space long-endurance UAV,can meet the need of emergency communication over the east China sea and south China sea.The study of this paper focuses on the airborne communication system,which is part of the near-space long-endurance UAV emergency communication system.It is composed of navigation information receiver devices,emergency call devices,UHF frequency band link devices and X frequency band link devices.These devices are used to receive and transmit emergency information,identification information of sailing ships within the scope of their overage,core business information from LTE equipment,and measurement and control information for UAV.First,this paper presents the overall design of the airborne commuication system on the analysis of application requirements.Andthen,it is introduced that the composition of system,link performance calculation,and the topology of the airborne communication system.Then,it is put forward that the difficulties in the process of design.For example,how to realize miniaturization and low power design,how to enhance equipment inherent reliability and UHF communication link reliability,how to improve equipment environment adaptability,etc.According to the above problems,weight and power consumption of equipment is reduced by adopting a variety methods in weight reduction and energy saving.The reliability of the UHF communication link is effectively improved by adopting spread spectrum and frequency selective technologies.The environment adaptability of equipment is improved by adopting automatic temperature control technology.Then,it is introduced that the design and implementation of transceivers and receivers.Key technical indicators is tested.The results conforms to link analysis results and it shows that the performance meet the design goals and the application requirments of the airborne communication system.Finally,it is summarized that the design process of the of the airborne communication system.And it is prospected that the prospects of its application and the future developing direction of technology.
