With the rapid growth and development of the national economy,people's living standards are increasing,the speed of urbanization is accelerating,and people's demand for material is growing.Light trucks are the most important means of transportation in the national urban logistics industry.In recent years,they have maintained high sales.Now more and more commercial vehicle manufacturers regard light diesel products as important products,and constantly invest in R&D resources to develop trucks to meet the needs of urban logistics.With the increasing number of diesel vehicles,the state has issued a series of policies to restrain and control the environmental problems caused by vehicle emissions,which has opened the prelude of the "Blue Sky Defense War".Major provinces and cities have also launched a series of policies to actively respond to the call of the state.The most important policy is to plan to implement the Sixth Emission Regulation of Motor Vehicle Country in advance.This will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the product development of commercial vehicle manufacturers.At the same time,the state has also made a series of actions for the overloading behavior of commercial vehicles,and is gradually checking the overloading behavior.Therefore,the lightweight development of commercial vehicle products is imminent.All these have posed great challenges to the product development cycle and investment of enterprises.How to develop products to meet the needs of urban logistics users quickly has attracted great attention of enterprises.In the development stage of automobile products,reliability test verification is indispensable.In the past,the method was verified by the vehicle enhanced bad road reliability test.This method has a long cycle and high investment,and it is no longer suitable for today's fierce market competition environment.Aiming at the reliability verification of light trucks,this paper studies how to use virtual simulation to extract load conditions which can be used in CAE calculation,and achieves accurate simulation calculation in the process of CAE calculation of reliability and durability of structural parts to replace bench reliability test and vehicle reliability test.This paper describes the method of establishing the multi-body dynamic model of light truck based on ADAMS software.In this paper,the frame assembly is taken as the main research object in the Vehicle Multi-body model.The model of light truck includes independent front suspension,independent rear suspension and flexible body frame system.The influence of tire on model accuracy is neglected.Secondly,the process of virtual simulation based on Femfat software is introduced,and the loads that can be used to drive the multi-body dynamic model of the whole vehicle are extracted,and the load conditions for the newly designed lightweight structural parts are extracted.Finally,according to the load conditions,the method and evaluation criteria of CAE simulation calculation based on ANSYS software are introduced.The practical cases prove that the above research methods are effective in the field of Engineering application,so as to shorten the development cycle,improve the development efficiency and save the development cost.
