Aluminum alloy light weight,good performance,is to achieve aviation,aerospace,automotive,rail transit lightweight material of choice,but aluminum alloy plastic poor,forming difficult,seriously limited its wide application,the domestic automotive industry is only in the modeling is not too complex parts for application.The superplastic forming process can significantly improve the ability of plastic deformation,reduce the forming pressure,and realize the forming of complex parts.With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,there is an urgent need for lightweight manufacturing of large thin-walled aluminum alloy components.The aluminum alloy components made by the superplastic forming process have the advantages of light weight,energy saving and environmental protection,high specific strength,beautiful appearance and good integrity,which are the advantages of the superplastic forming process compared with other technological methods.At present,on the basis of traditional superplastic forming,the technology of rapid superplastic forming is put forward,which can shorten the forming time from 1~3 hours to 15 minutes,and the material can be changed into ordinary aluminum alloy,with the production cost reduced by 60%.This subject aims to develop the application of rapid superplastic forming technology in the field of automobile covering parts,and expand the application of aluminum alloy superplastic forming technology in automobile based on the automobile fender project.The research content is as follows: high temperature mechanical properties of aluminum alloy;Through the analysis of cold stamping and superplastic forming process,the process rationality of superplastic aluminum alloy fender is realized.The superplastic forming die was designed and manufactured,and the forming process was analyzed and optimized,so as to realize the rapid forming of large,thin-walled and sharp-angle aluminum alloy parts with complex shapes.Through the research of the subject,the finalization of the technological scheme of this kind of complex shape fender is completed,and the ideal product is obtained through the verification of the actual superplastic forming mold,and the result can be applied in the automobile complex structure products.Compared with traditional superplastic shaping,we proved to get less pre-production time,less production cycle,better efficiency in other words,gives a better margin for product design,proved to get better fender surface quality,those all,serve strong proof for rapid superplastic to take place in industry mass production.
