Aluminum alloy wheel hub technology is developing rapidly with the development of the society.the performance of the wheel hub palys a critical role in driving vehicles,From selection to final product testing,there is a lot of research value in each stage from selection to final product testing.This topic is designed for a wheel hub product,die and die casting process,and the reliability and molding performance are simulated,and the product trial and performance test are carried out on this basis.Based on the design rules and methods of aluminum alloy wheel hub,The structure of the new Multi-wheel hub is designed in this paper.Using UG 3d modeling software,the geometric figure of mould and hub casting is constructed and importing it into the numerical analysis software and Establishing a numerical simulation model?Abaqus software is used to simulate the performance of wheel hub bending,radial and impact load.The process of low pressure casting of Multi-wheel hub is simulated by AnyCasting software.The process of filling,residual melt,rolling and solidification time were also analyzed.In the last the performance and molding performance of the designed wheel hub were predicted.The structure of the new Multi-wheel hub is designed in this paper Based on the finite element simulation results.The structure and mechanical properties of the molded products were tested,and the feasibility of the process and the accuracy of the finite element simulation were verified by the die casting test of the new 8 wheel hub.
