| In recent years,the automobile industry in China has developed very rapidly,and the group with a car has become more and more large.With the development of the automobile industry and the increasing diversity of people’s needs,the automobile staging business launched by commercial banks has been widely recognized in response to the needs of the times.Car staging can not only help customers ease economic pressure,but also bring profits to banks,the development of more and more rapid.In the face of the current market competition,how commercial banks improve the nature of their products,provide better services to customers,establish their own brand image,and occupy a place in the market has become a very meaningful topic.In this paper,the research object of the D branch of China Bank,questionnaire survey method,field interview method,and literature research method are used to investigate the automotive financial products of the bank.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of the D branch of the Bank of China and the current key products of the D branch automotive finance,mainly the car staging and parking space staging,as well as the main processing flow of the automotive finance business.Secondly,the paper makes statistical analysis of the questionnaire results of the auto finance business of Bank of China D branch and summarizes the interview results.The content contains statistics on the basic situation of customers and the results of customer surveys.The basic information includes gender,age,education,and income levels.The survey results include customer purchase motives,determinants,understanding channels,and risk awareness.The content of the interview is mainly analyzed from three aspects: marketing problems,risk problems and insufficient automobile finance.Finally,based on the customer feedback analysis and the interview results,we found that there are some problems in the development of the auto financial business of branch D,including marketing management,risk management and external cooperation,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improving these problems.Strengthen the marketing strategy of auto finance business,control risk,strengthen the external cooperation and other solutions and suggestions,and finally make a summary,hope this research report can provide a reference for the development of Jinrongshichang,the D branch of China Bank. |
