As an important part of urban transportation system,taxi is an indispensable means of transportation for residents,and irreplaceable branch of urban public transportation system.However,too many empty taxis run at urban road,because they can't carry passengers on the road,which will not only increase the operating cost of taxi drivers,but also bring additional burden to the existing traffic conditions,aggravating the problem of environmental pollution and energy waste.Recommending efficient no-load cruising route for taxi is one of the main ways to improve the probability of taxi carrying passengers,ease traffic congestion and reduce pollution and energy waste.However,according to the research results at home and abroad,most of the existing recommendable taxi cruise paths only consider objective or subjective factors,some studies also consider subjective and objective factors,but do not carry out quantitative analysis of subjective and objective factors.Previous studies have shown that the results of the existing recommendable taxi no-load cruising routes are not ideal.Based on the GPS data,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the subjective and objective factors that influence the taxi cruising behavior,proposing an optimal cruise destination grid recommended method,recommending cruise destination grid for the driver,based on the analysis of the taxi cruise mechanism,the efficient cruising route is recommended for the no-load taxi,so that it can carry passengers with a greater probability in a shorter time.Firstly,the paper seeks to identify the different effects of objective and subjective factors on taxi patrols and finds effective ways to improve taxi cruising efficiency.Based on the taxi(GPS)trajectory data collected in Shenzhen,the comfort influence of objective and subjective factors on cruise is determined by the zero expansion negative binomial(ZINB)model based on the data characteristics.The research results show that both subjective and objective factors have a certain impact on the taxi patrol,but the objective factors have more significant effects than the subjective factors.In addition,high-income drivers and a wide range of drivers prefer to cruise in high-density land used and optimal traffic conditions,while low-income drivers and target drivers tend to cruise in areas with more previous pick-up points.Secondly,the model of cruising route recommendation is carried out based on the study of cruise mechanism.This paper proposes an optimal cruising destination grid recommendation method based on the objective and subjective factors for the different effects of taxi cruises.It recommends the no-load cruising destination grid for the driver in the form of sequence recommendation,starting from the driving point.There are a plurality of possible driving routes in the selected cruise destination grid.Based on the taxi cruise route recommendation model,three unloaded cruise routes with superior comprehensive attribute values are recommended for the driver in a plurality of driving routes.In the end,the paper uses the Shenzhen economy and uneconomical two types of taxi drivers' cruises to verify the path recommendation model during all day.The results show that although the destination grid recommendation is low,the analysis shows that the driver pick up passengers does not reach the recommended destination grid during the cruise.Moreover,by analyzing the economic grid driver's destination grid recommendation,it is found that more than 80% of the recommended grids are consistent with the driver's cruising direction,which proves that the destination grid recommendation has better accuracy.In addition,the route accuracy of economic and uneconomic drivers is higher than 80%,which verifies the validity of the model.The taxis' no-load cruising route recommended model established in this paper is based on the taxi driver cruise mechanism and quantitative analysis of subjective and objective factors,and recommends the cruise destination grid for the driver.The method has certain innovation.The research results can be used for the recommended route system of the no-cruise cruising route of a taxi or a network taxi,recommending cruise destination grid and cruise paths for empty taxis at the same time and anywhere,a faster and more efficient cruise can help taxi drivers get more revenue.More importantly,since the model established in this paper analyzes the taxi cruise mechanism,the objective and subjective influencing factors that influence the cruise decision can be shared with taxi drivers to improve their cruise efficiency.This information also helps managers determine the overall layout of taxi service locations.
