In the process of rapid urbanization,the rapid growth of car ownership,and the “double difficulty superposition” of the shortage of parking spaces and backward parking space management have exacerbated the problem of "parking difficulty" in the city.With the development of intelligent parking,the reservation for parking technology has gradually become an effective means for the city to solve the "parking difficulty" and improve the efficiency of parking.That is,through the way of booking parking space,the system will inform the driver about the parking information,reduce the uncertainty in the parking process,reduce the cruising time,and improve the efficiency of the parking process and the utilization rate of the parking lot.First of all,the paper summarizes the development of parking reservation system at home and abroad,analyzes the role of parking reservation system in saving cruising time,makes it clear that the development of domestic parking reservation system is still in the "primary stage".In other words,there are some problems worth studying for domestic parking reservation system in following ways: the setting method of the reservation for parking space,the integrity of the function for parking reservation system,the system operation process and the management measures of the system operation.Secondly,this paper has determined the ratio of saving cruising time through simulation,quantifying the impact of the setting position and proportion of reserved parking space on cruising time.Taking the drivers’ preferences for parking position into account,respectively set up two kinds of parking scenarios both in the road and off-road;set up different proportions and different locations to book scheme for parking space;use DFS algorithm to analyze the impact of cruising time,and evaluate the parking efficiency of each scheme through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through this method,we can get the setting plan with the highest parking efficiency in the simulation scene.At the same time,the general setup method of booking parking space can be obtained.When setting up a reserved parking space,the proportion of drivers using the parking reservation system should be pre-determined.The proportion of the reserved parking spaces on the road is 15% higher than the proportion of the reserved users,and the proportion of the reserved parking Spaces in the parking lot is 5% higher than the proportion of the reserved users.When setting up reserved parking space,the outermost parking space is set as unreserved parking space.Thirdly,in view of the default behavior of users for parking reservation system,the necessity of setting up credit rating mechanism and punishment measures is analyzed.And based on the user’s risk preference and default probability,construction method of credit rating mechanism and the running process of the credit rating mechanism in the system are given.In view of the imperfect function of the parking reservation system,through analyzing the function of the existing parking reservation system,and combining it with the user’s parking preference and credit rating,the function is supplemented for the existing parking reservation system,including the reservation recommendation function based on the location preference for parking space,the floating rate function based on credit rating and the reverse car-hunting function.And then,the perfect parking reservation system function module and system operation process are given.Through this study,it can provide reference for the pre-setting planning and post-operation management of the reservation parking system.
