Because of its unique ecological function,wetlands are known as "the kidney of the earth".Wetland parks and wetland nature reserves,wetland wildlife protection habitats,etc.are important components of the wetland protection management system.With the impact of environmental degradation and global warming in recent years,the world’s attention to ecological environmental protection has become more and more high.In recent years,China has paid unprecedented attention to the construction of ecological civilization,and various places have proposed the construction of sponge cities and other related concepts,wetlands.The park plays an irreplaceable role in urban climate regulation and ecological balance.The urban wetland park is the best sponge in the city.Hubei Province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Due to its unique natural geographical environment,it has formed a variety of water resources in the territory.The number of large and small lakes is widely distributed,and the wetland resources are extremely rich.Among them,there are 702 kinds of wetland plant resources,and wetland animal resources.There are 648 species,known as the "Thousand Lakes Province",and 62 state-level wetland parks have been built in the province.Since the "Hubei Provincial Wetland Park Construction Management Measures(Trial)" was issued in 2011,the construction of Hubei Wetland Park has also increased.A strong policy support.As the witness and recorder of urban regional culture and long history,urban wetland is the best carrier of urban regional history and culture.However,with the acceleration of globalization and the deepening of cultural exchanges between countries,local culture seems to be more and more affected.The impact of foreign culture shocks,manifested in the landscape of the garden is the loss of traits and the convergence of the landscape.Jingzhou Jiangling area has been a battleground for military strategists since ancient times.It has a long history and rich local characteristics.The Jiangbei area also has its own unique cultural atmosphere.(1)This paper introduces the concept of regional culture in the planning and construction of wetland parks,from exploring the planning and conservation methods of ecological wetland parks in Hubei,proposing the planning concept of wetland parks with Jiangbei regional cultural characteristics,and providing new ideas for the reform of state-owned farms.Starting from the target,using literature research,wetland investigation,case analysis and other research methods,we will explore a set of wetland park planning and design schemes that are consistent with the cultural characteristics of Jiangbei.(2)Firstly,the concept of wetland park and regional culture was studied.Through the study and study of regional culture related theories such as the theory of place spirit and the theory of context continuity,the regional culture has distinct regional,unique and kinship characteristics.The carrier of regional cultural expression in wetland park,the expression method of regional culture in wetland park,the study and summary of various related theories,and the theoretical guidance and scientific basis for the planning and design of Jiangbei Wetland Park are summarized.(3)Through the search of literature,field surveys,questionnaires and other methods,the geographical situation,natural ecological resources,hydrology and climate of Jiangbei area were summarized and summarized,and the background of Jiangbei Wetland Park was analyzed and analyzed.The second field survey analyzed the current situation of the park’s land use,the status quo of the water body,the current status of the plant and the SWOT analysis of the park,and conducted an inductive study on the regional culture of the Jiangbei area.(4)The overall planning and design of Jiangbei Wetland Park was put forward,and the design idea of combining "Recovering Wetland Ecosystem" and "Inheriting Jiangbei Spirit and Prison Culture" in Jiangbei Wetland Park was put forward.Plan the landscape structure of "One Ring,One Axis,One Belt,Seven Points",and combine the functional theme to plan "inlet distribution area,vitality and hydrophilic area,sunshine and health area,ecological conservation area,leisure walking area and popular science display area"."Six functional partitions.(5)The landscape construction strategy of wetland parks integrated into the cultural characteristics of Jiangbei,and the design of different sub-themes for functional partitions combined with the theme of different partitions,for road system,water system,plant landscape design,main landscape node design and special scenic spots design In combination with the positioning of the park,some special design and cultural expression design were made.The actual case is used to prove the planning and design feasibility of the wetland park based on regional culture.Combining design theory with design practice has strong theoretical and practical value.
