Biomass pyrolysis is one of the most promising biomass energy conversion technologies.Because of the convenience of transportation,mobile biomass pyrolysis equipment can be directly carried out in the area of dense biomass resources.Through to the domestic and foreign research on biomass pyrolysis equipment of reactor,in order to adapt to the characteristic of small energy consumption and compact structure of mobile device,improve the first generation of mobile biomass pyrolysis reactor,and design a set of mobile equipment reactor with a processing capacity of 50kg/h,which is casing fluidized bed reactor;Design the gas heating system:The system can efficient heating reactor,ensure the reliability and stability of the work,and it can also realize automatic temperature control,then reduce manual operation.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)I have debugged and improved the first generation equipment annular fluidized bed reactor and movable integral fast pyrolysis equipment at the manufacturer and the experimental base,and conduct production experiment.It verified the reliability and rationality of its design.(2)On the basis of the first generation of mobile equipment,the second generation of fluidized bed reactor was designed and developed,which has high heat transfer efficiency,simple structure and reasonable design.(3)Design the gas heating system,recycle the non condensable gas which is defined as the second gas to burning;Optimize the valve group selection to improve the safety and stability of the system;Using programmable controller to control the electric valve actuator to control the size of pipeline gas flow,to achieve automatic control of the temperature of the system.
