The energy is an indispensable material base that the country develops and the society progresses. But the petroleum resources of our country are deficient and the per capita occupancy volume is still in low-level relatively in the world, a large amount of the fossil energy has been used and it has already brought serious pollution to the mankind's living environment. All these have already become the potential crisis of the society. And biomass energy has already received the extensive concern of the governments and research institution of various countries as a kind of clean regenerated energy. The biomass energy of our country is very abundant and there is 7×10~8t of mere agricultural wastes every year. There are also many kinds of biomass such as domestic rubbish, water plant and people and animals' excrement and urine, etc. Self-evident, the biomass energy has already become the important component of the energy system of future sustainable development of our country.The biomass flash pyrolysis and liquefaction technology get extensive attention in many countries and make gratifying progress. This subject set up a circulation fluidized bed including material transporter, heater, react, separate and condensation equipment on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and international relevant research materials. The experiment adopts maize powder, chaff shell, the sawdust and wheat bran. Amount of material entered is 5-10kg/h, the quartz sand is adopted as the hot carrier and regard nitrogen as flow medium. The pyrolysis temperature is 500 ℃ .This text overall survey current situation of biomass flash pyrolysis and liquefaction technology and the main research contents of this thesis:①Design the device of pyrolysis system and confirm size of each device by oneself; ②Analysis characteristics of pipeline of pyrolysis device and propose the regulating method. Put forward the solution according to problem that material transporter system carry on the transformation to it; ③Measure the average density and pile up density of different kinds of biomass and research the law that density influences material of quantity; ④Record the fluid air speed of different kinds of biomass with different diameter and compare their with theory result and find out the regular conclusion; ⑤Adopt heat transfer theory to research the heat transfer course and pyrolysis time and calculate out pyrolysis time of four biomass with different diameter, confirm the suitable diameter of...
