Research Of The Designs Of Greenways' Plant Community In Jiangmen City

Greenway has several functions which can protect the environment;grow the economy and etc.It is an important link which connect open spaces,such as parks,community green spaces,nature reserve and etc.So far,there are some problems of the planning of plant community in the greenway construction,such as simple structure,less plant species,single landscape model and so on.The greenways which were builded in the early time can not meet the needs of city's ecology and landscape.Plant and its community are the basic units of urban greenway,which are also the basis of the urban ecosystem,which reflects the development of urban landscape.Through the research of plant community design in the greenway construction of Jiangmen City,this paper provides some theoretical significance for improving the using of plants in urban area and the construction of urban green way.Combining with the domestic and foreign development of the greenway,this article embarked from the definition of greenway,illustrated the purposes and methods and put forward the research plan.Then it introduced the greenway planning,plant communities and so on in detail,analyzed the design cases of greenway in Grangdong and greenway planting in the main urban district in Jiangmen,discussed the practical operation and application of plant community design and proposed some collocation modes about plant communities.Finally it summarized the design principles of greenway plants and their communities,analyzed the status and problem of greenway plant community design in the main urban district in Jiangmen and gave some suggestions to optimize them.
