| The pattern of the reorganization decorative lumber design more rely on manual manufacturing,through repeatedly adjust the process to realize the approximate target pattern,resulting in wasting a lot of human and material,through the development of computer technology,the pattern design system can greatly shorten the design time and cost savings.The pattern of the reorganization decorative lumber includes two parts:color and texture.The quality of the design of the pattern plays a decisive role in the decorative effect of the reorganization decorative lumber.This study defines the development environment with C++ as programming language and Visual Studio2015 as programming software.In the aspect of texture,this paper carefully studied and analyzed the design and manufacturing process of the reconstructed decorative lumber texture.including texture recognition,mold manufacturing,single slab group,molding cutting and other processes,taking this as the theoretical basis,designed the reorganization decoration material texture design system.The texture design system includes direct texture and V texture design,and solves the problem of excessive wood.In the aspect of color,carefully study the veneer dyeing process,and the dyed data are obtained through three ways,respectively is:the experiment obtained,literature,corporate giving,based dyeing database.Through the seamless connection between the database and this system,the color intelligence matching of recombinant decorative pattern is realized based on the staining database of big data.Through the optimization of the whole interface of the system,the integrated decoration material color and texture design are integrated,and the integrated design system of the decorative pattern is realized by combining the appropriate processing technology.And the target output is simulated to achieve the verification of the software function. |
