In recent years,the development momentum of the space market has been very rapid worldwide.According to statistics,in the past five years,on average,more than ten companies have broken their shells every year.Traditional space units in China,such as aerospace science and technology,have made great breakthroughs and achievements in the fields of satellite manufacturing,satellite launch tube and launch vehicle research.In recent years,private enterprises have injected fresh blood into the development of the aerospace industry.More and more enterprises and scientific research institutes have begun to enter the aerospace industry.It can be predicted that the development of the aerospace industry will take place.The heat will get higher and higher.Commercial space segment is generally composed of constellations,each constellation often contains several,dozens,hundreds or even thousands of satellites,but the existing ground segment resources cannot meet the space segment needs of emerging commercial space companies,which is also the biggest pain point in the commercial space sector at this stage.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of commercial space segment transportation and management,it is urgently needed to develop an application.General Operational Management System for Commercial Space Large-scale Constellations.With more and more favorable policies of commercial space,private capital began to flow into the space field slowly.It is expected that commercial space industry will have explosive growth in the next 5-10 years.This system is committed to the integration management and operation of a large number of commercial satellites,which not only achieves the unified management of space segment resources,but also achieves the goal of rational allocation of space segment and ground segment resources.The general satellite constellation operation and management system in this paper comes from the practice unit Xincheng Future Technology Co.,Ltd.This system is dedicated to the task allocation and management of large-scale,multi-service constellations.The general satellite constellation transportation and management system introduced in this paper is developed by B/S architecture.The system is coded by Java language and designed by MVC mode.SSM framework is used in the development process and MySQL is used in the database.The system designs four functional modules according to business:basic information management module,satellite mission management module and satellite trajectory display module.Block and task allocation module.In task allocation module,ant colony algorithm is used to simulate task allocation.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the project and related technical overview.Secondly,it elaborates the transportation management system in detail from demand analysis,system outline design,system detailed design and testing.At present,the general satellite constellation transportation management system has completed the development of the test version,which not only improves the efficiency of satellite constellation transportation management,but also greatly saves costs.At the same time,it also enhances the competitiveness in the industry,thus helping the company to better cooperate with other space agencies.
