Along with the continuous expansion of the current building water conservancy projects and thedomestic situation of water resources is becoming increasingly serious,relationship between water conservancy projects and the production and living of people more and more close,the reservoir scheduling,as one of the important means of water resources allocation,the research direction gradually from a single reservoir generation scheduling to reservoir group of multi-objective joint scheduling,optimization method from linear programming method to intelligent optimization algorithm,expanding the breadth and depth of research on the reservoir scheduling.However,although new optimization methods are constantly applied to reservoir optimization in the research process,problems such as low accuracy,poor practicability and"dimension disaster"have not been completely solved in the optimization operation of reservoir.Therefore,the research on these problems in the optimization operation of reservoir has become a hot spot in this field.Two cascade reservoirs based on a certain river basin in China as an example,with dynamicprogramming,step by step optimization method,four kinds of traditional discrete differential dynamic programming and genetic algorithm optimization method comparison,uniform design method,the performance of the structure of the uniform design table and its using table,the uniform design method in a single reservoir generation and multi-objective scheduling and uniform design method in the application of optimal scheduling of cascade reservoirs are studied.Firstly introduces four kinds of optimization method of main implementation steps,and four kindsof optimization methods to solve the same reservoir optimal scheduling problem,Four reservoir hydropower station,optimization method of operation of power generating capacity were 19.78,19.57,19.13,19.23kW·h,with annual output value and calculation time proved that the dynamic programming method in solving the problem of optimal scheduling for the highest precision,gradually has the highest efficiency optimization method,genetic algorithm in solving the problem of reservoir optimization has a strong generality,and then to experimental scheme of refractory lead to comprehensive experiment design method,design method of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment design method and uniform design method,Comprehensive experiment design approach focuses on the factors in all levels within the scope of the experiment scheme,design method of single factor experiment focuses on the control variable method to design the experiment scheme,both experiment design method applicable scope is small,when the level of factors in the experiment for the larger number will not be able to meet the requirement of design of experiment,and the uniform design method compared to other three kinds of experimental design method has fewer test and the characteristics of"spread evenly,when there are few experimental factors still can design a meet the conditions of experimental design,According to a grid point method and the prime method to structure the factor level number is 5001,10001 and 15001 specifications of the uniform design table and its using table,constraint technology in individuals and groups in the constraint optimization technology to find feasible space of state variables,looking for possible space with limited time enumeration ways determine the feasible solution of the reservoir optimization scheduling problem,in a single reservoir optimal scheduling problem based on uniform design method of the optimization results and 250 population size of scheduling results of genetic algorithm and dynamic programming,15001 level scheduling scheme of uniform design method for reservoir hydropower station,the annual capacity of 193900 kW·h,takes 41.76 s calculation,dynamic programming and 250 population size genetic algorithm scheduling scheme of the power generating capacity of reservoir hydropower station were 19.79,186000 kW·h,the calculation takes1007.22 s,138.76 s,respectively,by the contrast of uniform design method can in a relatively short period of time more satisfactory scheduling scheme,according to the uniform design method is practical and efficient,improve the efficiency and reduce the computational complexity of solving the model,Build mathematical model of reservoir multi-objective ecological operation to 100 m~3/s-225 m~3/s analyzed the dynamic process of water requirement as a reservoir of constraint condition,the corresponding reservoir hydropower stations in electricity kw.h changes from 19.7382 to 19.2948 kW·h,shows the uniform design method in solving multi-objective optimization is feasible,reservoir hydropower station of power flow and the ecological water demand of downstream river channel present imperfect competition relations,in the 100m~3/s-150 m~3/s within the scope of river water there is no change in the power generating capacity of reservoir hydropower station,The 150m~3/s river water demand is the sudden point of generating capacity of the reservoir hydropower station,which has reference significance for the multi-objective operation of the reservoir.Finally,this paper builds the mathematical model for optimal operation of the cascade reservoirs by using the uniform design method for power generation of cascade reservoirs optimal operation are applied to solve the mathematical model,through the analysis of the results with the upstream longjiang river downstream of the longwan reservoir hydropower dispatching of the reservoir during the period of the output value in 17.6400 kW to 48.2800 kW,the storage capacity of 601 million cubic meters to 2.406 billion cubic meters,showed a trend of decline after rising first,the amount of water in the reservoir scheduling period has made full use of,cascade reservoirs optimal operation of generating scheme results are reasonable,It also proves the feasibility and high efficiency of uniform design method.
