With the development trend of scale of cascade hydropower stations(groups)in China,the research on reservoir optimal operation has gradually shifted from the traditional optimal operation of isolated reservoirs to the study of optimal dispatching of cascade hydropower stations(groups)in river basins.With the deeply cascade development and construction of hydropower stations in various large and medium-sized watersheds throughout the country,hydropower development companies have also set up cascade(basin)centralized control centers,which centralized controlling the cascade hydropower stations in the premise of ensuring the safe.By carrying out the unified optimal regulation of the river basin,the unevenly distribution of runoff distribution can be effectively alleviated,the incoming water of the downstream power station can be changed,and its water quantity distribution can be evenly distributed,and its water quantity can be uniformly distributed.The generation load of each cascade hydropower station can be rationally distributed,thus reducing the loss of water in the actual operation process and further improving the utilization ratio of water energy.At present,under the situation of the reform of "separation of power plants and networks,bidding for the Internet" in our country’s electricity market,the power supply of hydropower stations to the power grid in the form of individuals is not competitive enough,especially for hydropower stations with low regulation performance.Only when the reservoir hydropower station group in the basin is faced with the power grid in the form of a whole can the competitive advantage be fully manifested.This paper takes the reservoir hydropower stations of the Muli River basin as the research object.The theory and method of long-term operation of reservoir hydropower stations are studied.The main contents are as follows:1)This paper clarifies the purpose and significance of this study,expounds the classification of reservoir group operation,and makes a comprehensive comment on the theory and method of reservoir optimal operation in our city and abroad,as well as the development of domestic electricity power market.The main problems and future development trend of reservoir group operation are also pointed out.2)Based on the multiyear runoff data of the muli river,the long-term runoff characteristics of the cascade hydropower station in the river are qualitatively analyzed by using the common methods of hydrological time series.3)Aiming at Muli river cascade hydropower station scheduling operation mode in sichuan power market,the paper puts forward the optimization scheduling model based on rules of sichuan electric power market,the paper analyze the long-term cascade dispatching rule of sichuan electric power market environment,and based on the typical years long-term scheduling results,from scheduling,water storage time,space,time,Angle(drawdown,water level),upstream leading to adjust power station-Kajiwa and downstream of the regulating power station-Lizhou,preparation of Muli river cascade hydropower stations in different design level in case of scheduling rules4)The cascade hydropower station in the Mu Li river basin and the Jin Ping power station and the Guan Di power station belong to the "Yuepu" line of sichuan power grid.Constrained by the output capacity,the output load of cascade hydropower station in the mu river basin is limited.Therefore,based on the operation mode of the Jin Ping and Guan Di power statio,this article put forward the optimal dispatching model of the cascade hydropower station in the Mu Li river,considering the limited output load,and summarize the scheduling rule and scheduling discipline which can guide the daily operation of cascade power stations5)For cascade hydropower stations in the complex market environment under the condition of the operation situation,this paper develops Muli river basin cascade dispatching market analysis system which based on the analysis of market conditions,the quantitative analysis of market environment make long-term river cascade hydropower station scheduling scheme and indicators,and used to guide the production practice.
