With the rapid development of the automotive industry,energy and environmental problems also will be highlighted,and become the barrier of the development of the traditional automotive industry.In this condition,the new energy vehicles is widespread and special concerned by the whole world,production and sales have been Substantial increased in recent years.China's new energy automotive industry has also been a rapid development in the last several years,and there is small gap between China's auto industry and traditional vehicle power,China's auto industry has a leap-forward development opportunity.And it's a necessary way to export our own brand new energy vehicles.lt can enhance China's new energy vehicle manufacturing level and catch up with automotive industry power.So we should research the new energy vehicle's export as soon as possible,and make it become a new export growth point.BYD is a representative of China's own new energy vehicle brand,its sales and technical level are in a leading position in the world.So BYD company have greater potential for development in new energy vehicles.BYD company has actively develop the overseas markets,and new energy vehicle exports have made rapid development.,but the exports are still in its infancy.So the study of its exports is very important.This paper analyzes the situation of the development of new energy vehicles in the world firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of relevant theories and literature,focusing on the automotive industry global leader,such as United States,Europe and Japan,which is also the export main target of BYD new energy vehicles at this stage.Then describe the development situation of China's new energy vehicles,and lay the foundation for the specific case later,and then analysis the BYD company's export statue include traditional car and new energy car.In my chapter 5,I analyze the internal and external environment of BYD company,with the international trade theories,and research its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges through the SWOT model.And raise the strategies to improve the BYD new energy vehicle's export competitiveness and provide reference for other China's own brands new energy vehicles to open the international market through exports.
