The plunger type biomass molding machine referred to in this paper is a self-developing equipment of the research group,which uses a three-phase asynchronous motor to provide molding power and adopts a non-preheating heating method.In this paper,the traditional molding machine control equipment is dispersed and the operation is inconvenient.At the same time,the heating will not be timely in the molding process,resulting in a decrease in molding quality and design of the molding machine control system.The control system of the plunger molding machine described in this paper is divided into hardware circuit design,software program design,software and hardware simulation verification.The hardware chip design part of the main control chip selects STM32F412RGT6,uses Cadence Capture to design pressure temperature acquisition circuit,feeding reminder circuit,control system switching circuit and so on.In this paper,the Cadence PSpice function is used to create a device simulation model,and a simulation circuit is built to simulate and debug the functions of forming heating temperature,feeding,and pressure signal acquisition.The debugging results show that the circuit design is reasonable and meets the system requirements.The system control program is divided into STM32 program and serial touch screen operation interface design.The STM32 control program is based on the RTX system using MDK5 supporting RTX system,including heating control tasks,temperature acquisition tasks,pressure collection tasks and other main tasks and interrupt tasks.The heating control object in the control system of the plunger type biomass molding machine is a hot runner spring heating ring,and the PID is used to separate the temperature to control the temperature.This paper builds an algorithm model through MATLAB Simulink and simulates several PID algorithms.The simulation results show that the incremental integral separation PID is suitable for the temperature heating system with long lag time,but for the hot runner spring heating coil,the PID parameters need to be adjusted according to the actual situation.Perform hardware simulation test on the control system to further verify that the system functions normally.This paper designs the biomass molding control system to achieve the purpose of control and data display integration operation,and can be used for test operation and continuous trial production process.
