Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the advantages of simple structure,stable operation,low cost,wide speed regulation range and high conversion efficiency.Switched Reluctance Motor Drive(SRD)system operates independently for each phase,and the control system is stable,and the fault tolerance is strong.It is widely applied at oiled field,mines and electric vehicles.However,double salient structure and switching mode of stepping magnetic resistance make SRM produce large torque ripple and noise.In order to solve the above problems,this paper presents a online torque sharing function(TSF)to control the operation of SRM,which tracks the reference torque in real time,reduces the error,and realizes the TSF control.The main research contents and innovations of this paper include the following:1.The principle of SRM is analyzed,and the common mathematical model is summarized.The mechanical equation,energy conversion equation,flux linkage equation and the electromagnetic torque equation are derived.The characteristics and performance of voltage chopping,current chopping and angular position control are also analyzed.2.The flux line and torque-angle characteristic data of 8/6 pole SRM are obtained by Ansys static field.The Simulink model of SRM is built,and the control system is simulated.It is analyzed that the different type TSF models have influence on output torque performance.The performance of conventional TSF is compared with that of on-line TSF.Simulation results show that the theoretical analysis is correct.3.The control and drive module of SRD are designed.The chip of control module is the STM32F103C8T6,and that of driver module is the IR2101.The SRD also includes circuit detector,position detector,and so on,and a physical SRD is made.4.The software system of SRM with TSF is established,and the control system is completed on the hardware platform.
