Risks And Preventive Of International Operation Of KERUI Group In Middle East Market

KERUI Group is the most advanced private joint-stock petroleum equipment and technology service enterprise in China,and the first enterprise in China to build an integrated high-end petroleum equipment industrial park with a high degree of internationalization.Unlike other international enterprises,KERUI Group covers a wide range of areas,even the Middle East.In the international environment,the Middle East market has its own particularity.In view of this,this paper takes KERUI Group as the main research object,and makes an in-depth study of its risks and preventive measures in the internationalization of the Middle East market,aiming at providing some reference value for KERUI Group’s internationalization,and at the same time promoting domestic enterprises to further understand the Middle East market.This paper uses PEST analysis method to analyze the Middle East market from four aspects: politics,economy,society and culture.At the same time,it makes a brief analysis of China’s political economy and petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.Combining with the development and operation status of KERUI Group,it studies the potential risks of KERUI Group in the international operation of the Middle East market.In addition,this paper uses the AHP risk analysis model to rank the impact of the potential risks.It is found that the economic risk is the most important factor affecting the internationalbusiness activities in the Middle East market of KERUI Group,followed by the risk brought by the intensification of industry competition and sectarian political factors.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding preventive measures and suggestions for KERUI Group itself.
