Research On State Grid Working Capital Management Based On Financial Intensification

Financial intensive management is an advanced and efficient financial management method,which has been used by many large enterprises.The working capital management is an important link in the enterprise capital chain management,and is the foundation of the enterprise economic activity to create the value.With the change of economic situation,more and more enterprises need more perfect working capital management mode,and need to implement the new financial reform.As a result,the reform of financial intensification and the management of working capital have been paid more and more attention.The "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" is a new request put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of ecological civilization.As a clean energy source,has attracted much attention,and the power industry needs to update its financial reforms.National Power Grid Co.,Ltd.is a rather large key state-owned enterprise which is related to the lifeblood of national economy and national energy security,and its development should be more scientific and advanced.The combination of financial intensification and working capital management can study the operating changes of enterprise working capital under the financial intensification,while it optimizes the management of working capital,it also reflects the actual operating effect of financial intensification in the state power grid company from the side in order to deepen there form of thefinancial intensive management,and it can also further optimize the management of the existing working capital.This paper selects the case study of State Grid Corporation of China,and its financial intensive management is detailed and perfect,and the management of funds is more efficient and lean,which is worthy of further study.First of all,on the basis of literature research,the development status of State Grid Corporation of China.And the present situation of financial intensive management are deeply excavated,the management contents of working capital management under the financial intensification and the financial intensification after deepening the reform are expounded,besides,the existing situation is made an analysis.In addition,the factor evaluation system and channel evaluation system is introduced in the paper.This paper analyzes the concrete transformation of the working capital management performance under the financial intensification by combining the concrete data,and introduces the Southern Power Grid for comparison,which is found that the implementation of financial intensification has a deep impact on the speed of capital turnover and collection operation,thus improving the management performance of working capital.However,in terms of inventory problems and the level of concentration of funds,there is still a need for optimization and improvement.Last but not least,based on the data theory,this paper makes an analysis of the improvement of the management of working capital by the financial intensification of the national power grid,and then puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the management of the working capital.With regards to the above analysis,it's hoped that the article can bring inspiration to the management of the working capital of China National Network,and also hope to provide some useful basis for other companies in financial reform.
