| With the continuous development of technology,various new types of missiles have emerged,making the survival of armored vehicles such as tanks facing a severe condition.In order to improve the survivability of armored vehicles,a multi-sandwich structure reactive armor was designed based on the plate charge reactive armor,and two kinds of reactive armor with different total thicknesses were proposed,and 9 and 18 sizes of reactive armor were obtained respectively.The combination of numerical simulation and experimental research was used to study and compare the protective ability of multi-sandwich structure reactive armor.In this research,the reactive armor of different sizes was studied and analyzed in the three moments of the initial rupture time of the jet,the initial contact time of the jet and the post-effect target,and reactive armor loses the ability of interfere to the jet,and the data of the plate armor reactive armor was compared and analyzed,and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of protective ability of different sizes of reactive armor.The data was analyzed by comparing the penetration depth of the jet to the post-effect target with the plate charge reactive armor.The simulation results show that when the thickness ratio of the multi-sandwich reactive armor is 1:1:1:3:2,the penetration depth of the jet to the after-effect target is reduced by 39.4% compared with the plate charge reactive armor;when the thickness ratio of multi-sandwich structure reactive armor is 1:1:1:3:3,the penetration depth of the jet to the after-effect target was reduced by 51.1% compared with the plate charge reactive armor.In order to research the effect of hit point on the multi-sandwich structure reactive armor,a multi-sandwich structure reactive armor with a thickness ratio of 1:1:1:3:2 was selected.25 points was selected from the longitudinal axis,the transverse axis and the diagonal of the surface of reactive armor in this size.These points was used to investigate the interfere effect of the reactive armor on the jet at each hit point.The results show that when the hit point is in the central area,the protective effect of the reactive armor is best;when the hit point is on the longitudinal axis,the effect of the reactive armor interference is quite different;When the hit point is located on the lateral axis,the reaction armor has the same interference ability to the jet except for the lateral apex;Due to the presence of the middle layer flying plate and the separation of the sandwich charge are divided into two detonators,when the hit point is at the top point of the longitudinal axis,the reaction armor has good interference ability to the jet;when the hit point is located at both ends of the transverse axis,the bottom end of the longitudinal axis,and the four corners of the reaction armor,the sandwich charge of the reaction armor fails to detonate,and the reaction armor lose the ability of interference almost;when the hit point is located on the diagonal of the reaction armor,the reactive armor has the same protective tendency as the longitudinal axis.It can be seen from the results that in the longitudinal direction of the reaction armor,different hit points have different protective effects.In the lateral direction of the reactive armor,except for the point of the two ends,which is seriously affected by the boundary effect,the protection effect of different hit points on the jet was same almost.In the reactive armor with total thickness of 8mm and 9mm,the best protection effect was selected for the test verification analysis,and the contrast test was carried out with the plate charge reactive armor.The test results show that the numerical simulation results are in line with the experimental results and the error is within the allowable range,which can provide reference for the research of protective armor technology. |
