| As a kind of intelligent ammunition,the terminal cartridge has the advantages of high hit accuracy,wide range of operation,good damage effect,simple structure,low cost and no use after launch.In this paper,based on the analysis of the working principle of the terminal explosive,the overall design of the terminal explosive control system is carried out,and the hardware design and software development of the terminal explosive control system are carried out.On this basis,the influence of the scanning parameter variation rule on the captured target in the steady-state scanning of the infrared detection system is studied.In this paper,the basic structure and the principle of action are introduced.According to the process of action of the bullet and the requirement of the control technical index,an overall scheme of the control system of the terminal sensitive bullet is put forward,and the hardware circuit design and software debugging of the control system are completed.The hardware includes central control system,infrared sensor,altimeter,interface circuit and chip.The infrared image simulation processing based on Simulink is carried out on the detection and recognition principle of the infrared sensor.The simulation results show that the infrared sensor can clearly distinguish the target from the background and achieve satisfactory recognition effect.In the altimeter part,the ranging principles of millimeter-wave short-range radar and lidar are mainly introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.The software part mainly completes the system initialization,delay,height measurement,ignition,detonation warhead and landing self-destruction and other actions.The experimental results show that the designed control system meets the technical requirements.In order to achieve the steady-state scanning at the same time,avoid the leakage and the goal,the article also related in the process of steady-state scanning scanning parameters for the optimizationdesign,and use the MATLAB simulation of nonlinear optimization theory,theoretical analysis and simulation to verify the consistency,finally gets the optimal speed,speed and the best detection range,and to optimize the parameters of the drawing the space scanning track.It lays a foundation for studying the steady-state scanning design of the terminal sensitive bullet. |
