This thesis has studied mainly the relation between the structure of bullets and stable scanning parameters, analyzed the relation of the stable scanning balancing angle, the static suspension angle of bullets, mass distribution, structural dimensions and SOR. This thesis has analyzed the influencing factors of the scanning angle oscillation and derived the corresponding formulas. By the performance validating of the plane air delivery and the gun-boosted test, this thesis has drawn conclusions. They are as follows: First. The mass distribution of bullets is an important factors influencing bullet scanning quality. Trying best to make the static suspension axis of bullets, dynamically balanced axes and the principle axis of polar and inertia coincident during the design of the ballet. If the condition mentioned above doesn't achieve, trying to make the moment of inertia of three inertial principal axes of bullets equal. In this way, it helps to assure the consistency of ballet scanning angle.Second. Getting predicted scanning angle by adjusting the structure of bullet parameters, SOR of bullet and static suspension angle.Third. The oscillation of scanning angle is much influenced by the structure of bullet parameters and SOR. By adjusting the structure of bullet parameters, the oscillation amplitude can be decreased. Fourth. The parachute cord winding can be avoided effectively using friction mechanisms.The research of this thesis has provided important gist for the design of terminally sensitive bullet structure.
