In the study of the threat of armored targets with ERA,the structural design of the tandem warhead directly affected the ability to damage armored targets.This paper designs a combination liner warhead,which can be used as a pre-stage of the tandem warhead to effectively damage the armored target with double-layer ERA.Firstly,the research status of related content is introduced.AUTODYN-2D is used to carry out a large number of simulation calculations on the combined liner warhead.Firstly,the shape and function principle of the jet formed by the combined liner warhead are determined.Secondly,the combination is determined.The structural parameters and material selection of the liner and the parameters and shape of the partition,and the optimal combination of the blister warhead design is selected through a large number of results comparison;then the optimized warhead is used for the single layer shell The drug was infiltrated,and the action principle of the shell charge on the jet was studied.Finally,the double-layer parallel reaction armor with the cover plate and the partition plate was penetrated,and the explosive reaction was explored according to the different structural parameters of the reaction armor module.The distance between the armor’s plates,the thickness of the cover,the type of charge,and the height of the bombs affect the formation of the jet at the warhead of the combination.This paper has determined the optimal warhead structural parameters through a large number of simulations.The material of the liner 1 is aluminum,and the material of the liner 2is selected from copper or steel.The best shape for the jet obtained by the cone angle ratioθ12of the liner 1 and the liner 2 is about 1.8;the liner’s height for liner 1 and the liner 2 have a cover ratio L1/L2 of 0.4 to 0.6 to ensure the jet can maintain a relatively uniform front and rear length and is not easily broken;The thickness ratio D1/D2 of the liner 1 and 2 has a lesser effect on jet formation,but a thicker liner can form a larger mass jet.This paper proves that the jet formed by the combination liner warhead can penetrate the reaction armor module with separator and cover plate under different parameters,and explores the influences on the shape of charge of some parameters such as the distance between the plates,the thickness of the cover plate,the explosive type and the fried height.The simulation results show that the thickness of the cover plate and the fried height have a great influence on the jet formed by the Combination Liner.The distance between the plates and the explosive type have a great influence on the speed and attitude of the flying plate of the ERA module.
