With the development of new technology and discovery of new materials, increasing number of new types of materials is used in making shaped charge liner. The dissertation studies the application of PA in this field to enrich material choices and to meet different needs of targeting.Based on theoretical and numerical analysis, the dissertation focuses on shaped charge jet related parameters and their changing patterns of PA Single liner and PA-Cu Composite liner, so that more data can be available for further design, application and structure update.The dissertation first reviews research background and development situation of PA Single liner and PA-Cu Composite liner, both at home and abroad; then it gives a detailed account of the performance and models of PA materials; with the help of the Autodyn Finite Element Analysis Software, the dissertation studies the shaped charge jet of PA single liner and PA-Cu Composite liner and comes to the following conclusions:First, PA Single liner features high speed, low density and low impedance. The diameter of the aperture it leaves on target accounts for about46.6%-54.4%of the charge’s diameter. When it is used to target penetrating and explosive reactive armor, the PA charge jet can, in short time and with high speed, penetrate the explosive reactive armor without causing explosion.Second, PA-Cu Composite liner has better performance in impedance matching. The jet it forms represents the superiority of Al-Cu Composite liner, especially in the speed, kinetic energy and ductility of jet tip, compared with that of Al-Cu Composite liner. When the outer cover and inner wall have the right thickness, the jet can have desirable speed, continuity and penetration depth. Besides, the best height-of-burst of PA-Cu Composite liner is better than that of Al-Cu Composite liner. With appropriate charge matching, there will be no blockage bullet. The outer cover of PA-Cu Composite liner is also easy to process and lighter.
