Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Cost Management In MX Enterprise

The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,which is related to the prosperity of the country and the nation.Although China is a big manufacturing country,the manufacturing industry in our country has a problem of overcapacity and rising cost.With the arrival of the era of large data and artificial intelligence,the party and the state have put forward the task goal of "speeding up the building of a manufacturing power and speeding up the development of advanced manufacturing industry" on the basis of the requirements of "reducing capacity and stock and leveraging,making up the short board "in the" China made 2025" and the nineteen major reports.Effective cost management system is an important guarantee for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Obtaining cost leadership strategy advantage can win more competitive space for enterprises.Facing the problem of overcapacity and high cost in manufacturing industry,enterprises need to apply modern cost management system,improve management methods,reduce supply chain costs,accelerate manufacturing industry to accelerate the transformation and upgrading,and promote the structural reform of supply side.In this paper,we study the manufacturing enterprises,take MX company as an example,combine the related literature of cost management,analyze the cost management methods adopted by the enterprise,inspect its cost management system and the application of cost management in the actual business activities,and summarize the existing problems from four aspects of R&D,procurement,production and sales.We provide some suggestions to improve the cost management of the company,reduce the cost of waste,improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise,ensure the good operation of the company,and realize the sustainable development of the company.
